These providers act solely as data processors, process personal data only on our documented instructions, and do not access, monitor, or use it for their own purposes.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Recipients of your personal data.<\/strong> Your personal data is disclosed only to: (i) authorized The Learning Edge and project staff; (ii) our processors acting on our documented instructions; (iii) where your enquiry concerns the work of another organisation in the project consortium, that partner organisation, so that it can help us answer you \u2013 in that case we forward <strong>only the content of your message and never your email address<\/strong>, and our project manager sends you the reply; and (iv) where required to meet our legal and EU-funding audit obligations, the competent European Union institutions and bodies and their authorized auditors (for example, the European Commission and the European Court of Auditors). We do not otherwise disclose your personal data, and we do not sell it.<\/p>\n<p>We forward the content of an enquiry to a consortium partner only where that is necessary to answer it, and never to anyone outside the project consortium. Please keep in mind that if you include personal details in the text of your message itself, those details form part of the content we forward. If you would prefer us not to consult a partner at all, say so in your message and we will reply to you directly instead.<\/p>\n<p>These transfers to the United States take place under the <strong>EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework (DPF)<\/strong>, in which LeaseWeb USA, Inc. and Google LLC are self-certified and which the European Commission recognized as ensuring an adequate level of protection (adequacy decision of 10 July 2023). Where a provider is not DPF-certified, we rely on EU Commission-approved Standard Contractual Clauses. Our Google Analytics account operates under the Google Ads Data Processing Terms, accepted at account level (accepted 26 March 2019), under which Google acts as a data processor for Analytics data.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/li>\n<li id=\"datasecurity\">\n<h3>Data Security and Retention<\/h3>\n<div class=\"cardet-privacy-section\">\n<p>We apply appropriate technical and organizational measures, including HTTPS, access controls limiting data to authorized staff, and regular platform updates.<\/p>\n<p>We keep each category of data only as long as it is needed:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>Server logs:<\/strong> 6 months, after which they are automatically deleted.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Contact form messages:<\/strong> not stored on this website. We strictly abide by Regulation (EU) 2016\/679 and repealing Directive 95\/46\/EC on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of \u201cPersonal Data\u201d and on the free movement of such data.
